At RedMonkys, every toy is thoughtfully designed and crafted with the utmost care before it reaches your home. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and delighted with your experience.

1. Our 7-Day Return Promise

We offer a hassle-free return policy within 7 days of your order's delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

To start a return, please email us at support@redmonkys.com with your order number.

2. Free & Easy Return Shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through a simple process for a reverse pickup or return shipment.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If you prefer, we can also arrange an exchange for another product, subject to availability.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at support@redmonkys.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a priority replacement to be sent to you at no cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Items returned without their complete original packaging.
