1. About Us RedMonkys is a premium Indian children’s brand creating thoughtfully designed wooden toys and play essentials. Our mission is to craft products that inspire joy, growth, and creativity.

2. Orders & Acceptance All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. An order is considered accepted only after it has been dispatched.

3. Pricing & Payments All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept online payments through trusted, secure partners. Payment must be completed in full before your order is shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. While we partner with India's best couriers, delivery timelines are estimates and can vary. Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are outside our direct control, but we will always support you in tracking your order.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Our official Return & Refund Policy is a part of these Terms. Please review it carefully before placing an order.

6. Product Quality & Safety Our toys are crafted from high-quality materials and are tested for safety. However, adult supervision is always recommended during play. RedMonkys is not liable for any injury or damage caused by the misuse or improper handling of our products.

7. Intellectual Property All content, designs, images, text, logos, and our character "Roro" on www.redmonkys.com are the exclusive intellectual property of RedMonkys and its founder, Mayank Ratan. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedMonkys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

9. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
