We offer complimentary shipping on all RedMonkys orders to serviceable pincodes across India. The price you see at checkout is the final product price, with no hidden shipping charges.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 business days after order confirmation.
During new launches, festive periods, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, most orders are delivered within the following estimated timelines:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro locations: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas may take slightly longer depending on courier availability
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or local restrictions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the information provided at checkout.
Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
Please make sure your shipping address, pincode, and phone number are correct at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
