At RedMonkys, we believe the magic should begin the moment you decide to welcome one of our creations into your home. That’s why our shipping process is designed to be simple, clear, and reliable — just like our toys.

1. Our Shipping Offer: Simple & Free

  • We offer Free, Insured Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase value, to all serviceable pincodes across India.

  • The price you see is the final price you pay — no hidden fees or surprises.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days from our workshop in Uttar Pradesh.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

    • Non-metro locations: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

    • Remote areas may take slightly longer due to courier schedules.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • A direct tracking link so you can follow your order's journey

4. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Please double-check that your shipping address, pincode, and phone number are correct at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

We pack every toy with care, but in the rare event of transit damage or missing items:

  • Please email support@redmonkys.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Serviceable Locations

We deliver to all serviceable pincodes in India via our trusted courier partners through the Shiprocket network. If your pincode is not serviceable, our team will contact you to discuss alternate delivery arrangements.
